A progressive practice built on traditional principles
Since 1933, Freemans has been providing the very best in eye care to its customers. As an independent practice, its commitment has always been to serving the needs of people on an individual basis, taking the time to understand their lifestyle and providing solutions which complement this; these are principles we uphold to this very day.
In 2011, husband and wife team, Shimir and Anita Patel, took over the running and revolutionised the practice, investing in the best of modern technology to offer state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
Both Shimir and Anita qualified as optometrists in 2005. Shimir specialised in ocular disease evaluation, and Anita gained invaluable experience while training in an independent practice and at Moorfields Eye Hospital. Both work to continuously upgrade their skills and knowledge to keep up-to-date with the latest progressions in treatment and enable them to offer the latest advances in eye care to their customers.
We believe that the patient deserves to have choice when it comes to eyewear, and so we stock a vast range of frames onsite, from budget options to the most sought-after designer brands.
